Upgrade worth it?

I currently have a p55m UD2 and i5 750 cpu, and there is a potential opportunity for me to upgrade to a p8p67m-pro and 2500k for only £100. Is it worth the extra £100? Opinions?

I use my PC for gaming and lan, and i currently have an XFX 4890 gpu
