Upgrade

Hi

I have about £200 to upgrade my system , i play a lot of games and overclock also, could anyone give me some advice on what to upgrade ?

Heres my spec atm

C2D 6320 oc 3.2ghz
Asus P5KE
Geil ULL 6400 2gb
OCZ Stealthstream600w PSU
BFG 8800GTX
WD Caviar 500gb AAKB 16mb Cache
Vista Ultimate 32bit

I keep thinking about buying a Q6600 Go but then looking at the asus blitz formula but having a hard time deciding !

Other than a Q6600 if you REALLY wanted one, then I'd say don't bother as the system is great already.

Like flibby says there isn't too much that would make that PC better, you've already got a solid overclock on the CPU. With 32bit Vista there isn't a massive amount of point in going for 4gb Ram since you won't be able to access all of it. That does really leave quad core as the most obviously beneficial upgrade and even that would depend on what your main uses are.

thanks for your replies , if i went for vista 64bit and 4gb of ram would that be beneficial ?

For gaming you probably won't notice a huge amount of difference by having 4gb Ram at the moment, it seems like an expensive upgrade for what it will do particularly when you might find that you don't get such good Ram for overclocking as you currently have.
