Upgrade

I have

E6420 @ 3.2ghz
2gb pc6400
7900gtx

is it worth upgrading to Q6600 and 8800GTS 640

or 8800 GTX and another 2gb of ram and keep current cpu?

Answers guys got £400.

19inch TFT but hopefully upgrading soon, i play loads a games and hopefully playing the upcoming.
