Upgrade

Hi, was wondering if someone could give me some advice, basically thinking its about time to upgrade,

Current setup:

P4 2.6c @ 3.1
ASUS P4C800 Deluxe
1Gb HyperX PC3200
Sapphire 9800 PRO
Antec Trueblue

Want to spend as little as possible, but no point upgrading unless there is a noticable increase in performance, what is the cheapest and best way to upgrade, under £200.

Thanks for the help guys, think I am going to splash out a bit more and get the setup bill suggested then, will report back if I have any problems!
