Just to say thanks to everyone who helped me select a new card. I went for the x1950xt as it seemeed the best value for my budget. Managed to fit it and it seems to all work fine!!

Increased my FPS from 50 at low res to around 80 at top res on CoD2! So i am happy.

one small thing that came up was a windows error saying it wasn't compatible? i just went on "continue anyway." Its a bit worrying though as i am getting a yellow triangle in my toolbar :S
