Hey guys new to this forum.
I have a 8600GT 512 am Looking to upgrade i was thinking of moving to ATI.
i have a Q8000 not sure on my board 4gb ram
cple of sata drives.

Was looking at 5700
Budget around 100 130

To be fare i have to reason to change from nvid they have been good to me.
IF i was to stay with them what would give me the same punch for £ ?

Thanks

tbh nowadays its hard to get exactly what u want in the GC world. at the moment its between the 260/4870/5770, id give a slight advantage to the 5770 simply because its dx11 compatable (next generation graphics) but the best performing card for dx9/10 is the 260 in my POV.

If your not planning on upgrading again for a while I'd swap to the 5770.
Will definately satisfy you, because it'll take a while for Nvidia to bring out a lower end Dx11 card!
