Upgrade?

I am considering upgrading some parts of my pc. Just wondering what would be the most noticeable upgrade?
I have

Intel Pentium dual core E2180 2.0GHz @ 2.6GHz
Gigabyte GA-P31-D3SL
2 GB DDR2 1066
ATI Radeon X1950 pro
500 GB 7200 rpm

Any info is welcome

Depends on what you use your pc for really.

GPU and CPU would be a good bet..and maybe more ram.

I would do mainly just social, iTunes. As well as some gaming. The only problem with Ram is the chipset limitations. Anyone got this motherboard with 4 GB?
