upgrade

Budget?

If your motherboard allows, have you thought about adding another for crossfire?

Otherwise I'd be thinking in terms of a 570, or perhaps just waiting for the next line of AMD cards due out in the not too terribly distant future.

£200' ish bufget.

I am upgrading to a Intel Core i5 2500K system and wondering if its best to keep using my 5870 card. Looking at some benchmark sites unless i spend £300 or more there's not a lot of increase in performance.

Thanks for help

This.

Keep it for now, you'll probably get a boost in performance from going to the 2500k anyway.

6950 stocks are drying up, not many to choose from at ocuk right now, this is an indication that the new 7 series is inbound.

Even if it's only midrange cards released, you are probably looking at 6950/70 speeds for less money and more features.
