upgrade

Hi I will be upgrading my OS xp home 32bit to win 7 pro 64 bit.

Running E6600 2.4GHz, Geforce 8800GTS card, Asus P5B Deluxe mobo
Ram increased to 8Gb max

Q. would I be better off also replacing my cpu and mobo, or are the above still good enough?

It will run windows 7 fine if that's what you were asking.
