I fancy a little bit of an upgrade to my rig, anyone got any ideas? Not looking to change the GPUs.

Monitor and Peripherals are all good. I didn't even think of an SSD to be honest. If I was going to stick amount in mind it would be about £200.

There is nothing really to upgrade. CPU should last a while. Like RJC said you could add another SSD if you need it.
