Upgrade

Looking for a little advice I currently have a msi 7850 1gb overvclocked @ 1100/1300 paired with a amd 8320 clocked at 4200 and an 880w psu, I'm looking to upgrade the gpu as its starting to struggle a bit on newer games.
I run in 1080p.
I don't have much of a budget apx £150 pounds and have been looking at either a new single gpu or even getting a second 7850 and crossfire them.
Any advice on whats going to give me the best improvement would be much appreciated.

ok a worthwhile upgrade or should I look at a r9 380 or gtx 960?
