upgrade

Hi all I am thinking of upgrading my graphics card from a 970 to a 980 in time for fallout 4 and mabye some extra memory,my question is there that much of a difference between the two.thanks for your time

Not worth the cost tbh mate. Not a huge leap in performance. Unless you can get the 980 for cheap and sell the 970?

What's your budget? Resolution etc? A 980ti/Fury X would the best you can get in a single card but they are pricey.

no budjet really if the card is good,I've got that upgrade fever lol I play at 1080

Ok for 1080p rule out the 908ti and FuryX, overkill Stick with your 970 for now, if needs be then overclock that or the CPU. It should be fine for a good while yet at that res.

Get another 970 and wait till new cards come out next year, then upgrade which your see a big boost.
