So I've been looking at fallout 4 and my current specs are way behind so I have no chance of playing it with my current rig. I'll be looking to upgrade most/all of my components for a budget of about £600. Will mainly be used for Fallout 4 and games like age of empires, total war etc and watching movies. don't need monitor, peripherals or OS and I'll reuse the old ATX case. I also have a NAS for storage.
Last time I looked at components was about 10 years ago so I'd be appreciative if you can have a look at the below. I think the PSU is salvageable as it only need to run the single HDD and I won't be overclocking.
Current rig.
GA-P35C-DS3r mobo
Q6600
4gb crucial ballistix DDR2
ATI X1950 PRO
Corsair HX650 PSU
Seagate 7200rpm 500gb HDD
My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £523.05
(includes shipping: £11.10)
