Upgrade

So its been a while since i posted here but its time to upgrade my pc as its getting old

my current spec:

case: zalman z9 (no need to change i guess)
mobo: Gigabyte Z77-D3H Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard
psu: OCZ ZS Series 550W
cpu: Intel Core i5 3570K 3.40GHz @ 4.40GHz Ivybridge CPU
gpu: Sapphire Radeon R9 290 4096MB GDDR5 (not oc'ed)
ram: TeamGroup Elite 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C11 1600MHz Dual Channel
ssd: Samsung 128GB SSD 840 PRO SATA 6Gbs Basic (no need 2 change)
hdd: old 300gb drive from dell i guess

So what should i upgrade to be able to play new games in high/ultra ? especially i want to be able to play new mmo Black Desert at stable 60 fps with max setings
My budget is 500-600 euro

Hmm my cpu is giving me troubles from time to time by giving me blue screen but it could be not enough power from psu ? im not sure on this and yeah i get 60 fps in most games with medium/high settings but is there a point squeezing more out of this mobo and cpu ? it seems kinda old and low end tho

Yeah it could be unstable oc but im just to lazy to test it so going back to main topick any suggestion on what should i change in my current setup ?

would you recommend a good psu ? and which gpu for crossfire ? and should i get 16 gb ram ?
