Upgrade

It's a tight budget, but if you aren't requiring a monitor, gpu, keyboard or mouse, then I think you can squeeze a Ryzen 1600 mATX rig into that ballpark.

Consider adjusting the PSU if using a very high end GPU, but I believe this will comfortably run anything up to a 1070. (Anyone wants to correct me, please jump in!)

My basket at Overclockers UK:

Total: £614.23
(includes shipping: £12.30)

Perfect ^^^^

Would treat that PSU as 400W one.
In Jonnyguru's test 12V ripple rose rather high (though inside ATX spec) and it uses cheap capacitors, whose cooling is hindered by wire spaghetti.

If that PC gets anything more than well below £200 graphics card shouldn't be too much to put ~£20 more into quality PSU.
(which can be expected to safely survive life of couple graphics cards)

its 40A on the 12v Rail, its fine.

Edit: if you want a PSU with perfect ripple you're going to have to spend more like £100 even for a 500 Watt PSU, there is nothing wrong with that one and there comes a point where on a budget your allocating too much money for something unnecessary, that PSU is a good balance, no its not like a Supperflower or SeaSonic but its also not a CiT...
