Hello, wondering what I shall upgrade or is it better to wait for upcoming releases at the moment.

CPU- i5-9600k
GPU- GeForce GTX 1660 6GB
MSI Z390-A
HyperX Predator 3200mhz 16 gb

For what purpose? Gaming, rendering, video editing??

9600k still a great CPU - if we are talking gaming, then I'd say the 1660 is the first thing I'd be upgrading, but Nvidia's next gen Ampere GPUs are due release September time apparently.

So I'd wait and see on that
