I’ve upgraded from a gtx 1060 6gb to a rtx 2070 I’m pretty new when it comes to upgrades and stuff will the rtx 2070 use the same drivers as the 1060 cause when I try searching for new drivers in the nvidia app it says the latest are already installed.

I moved from a 1080 to a 2070S and, although I don't think it was necessary, I downloaded the Nvidia drivers, custom installed via the installer and ticked clean installation.
