Upgraded GPU. Computer wont boot

Ok, so I just upgraded my 560Ti to a 770. and when I try and boot my PC I am stuck at post with B2 in the Bottom Right of the screen (which eventually fades to a screen with just a flashing horizontal line in the top right).

My motherboard is an MSI z68A-GD65 (G3) 1155
CPU i52500k
PSU Antec 650W 80Plus Bronze

Only 2 things I can figure it might be - I havent flashes the BIOS on my mobo since I got it in Summer 2011.

I didnt uninstall the nvidia drivers because I didnt think I needed to when upgrading to another nvidia card.

Can anyone help me out?

My main concern is taht the newest BIOS mean my i52500k wont work anymore as they are all suggest ivybridge use.

But which one? As it says to use an Ivybridge CPU with the newest one.

Hmm, I may be getting my wires crossed here, I was thinking that it didnt work with a sandybridge, but it might just be that you can no longer OC the sandybridge with the new BIOS

I have read on MSI forums that flashing to newest BIOS means u cannot OC Sandybridge anymore.

Sigh, well I flashed the BIOS and still getting B2 the moment the PC boots with the new GPU
