Depends what stepping it is, b3 or g0. If it's the former then 3-3.3, if it's the newer, cooler g0 then people have been running it upto 3.6+ on air, more with watercooling. But it all comes down to luck really as well as your cooling and motherboard setup.

Oops, Its the G0 and yeh will try OC'ing then.. especially with my WC on the way ... Can't wait 3.6 on air? What people get on water then?

Depends what chipset your motherboard is too and how good an overclocker the chipset is really.. 680i chipset is bad for quads you will be lucky to get over 3.2GHz overclock anything higher on that chipset makes the Q6600 run very hot and not always a stable overclock (depends how good the Q6600 you have is and that motherboard),so watercooling may be a waste of time and money a good air cooler will do.

Also if you google about you may find some information regarding a pencil mod and some information on the XFX-680i P31 Bios that can help you overclock higher.

Google "3.20 on q6600 on xfx 680i LT sli" ;)
