Upgraded problem

Hi all,
I have an issue,

I broke my CPU and motherboard.
So decided to upgrade .

It was cheaper to get a company to put the mobo,CPU,fan together and flash the bios.

So I got it today and I put it in the case, connected it all up.

But now it all comes on but there is nothing to the screens?

Any help would be great...

The company I bought it from, closed at 5pm today and not open till Monday..

What are the specs of the bundle you bought and your whole pc?

I bought a 5700x and a msi b550m pro vdh.
I have 16gb ram which is ok for the mother board and a 1060gtx.
I have noticed that the led CPU light is on, on the Mobo.
I tried reflashing it to the latest bios last night but nothing worked...

I would get back in touch with the company who put it together and get them to take a look.

CPU LED would indicate an issue with the CPU. Double checked the manual and it says "indicates CPU is not detected or fail"

Might be worth checking that all cables are connected and securely in place on the motherboard.

You're plugging the display cable in that and not the motherboard, right?

I'd guess CPU power connector (8 pin) or HDMI not plugged into the GPU?

If the CPU light is on then I wonder if the CPU cooler is on too tight
