Upgraded to 2.1 Itouch now problem!

Hi,

I upgraded to 2.1 which went OK, it was restoring the Ipod (I guess copy the music/videos back to the Ipod), I stupidly cancelled this initial sync after the upgrade to 2.1.

How do I get my songs back?
