Upgrades for my current Rig

Hi I have had my Rig for a few years now and I think its time I finally buy some upgrades as I also want to have a triple monitor setup, I'm not going to be using the three screens for eyefinity but I like the extra work space so I can have the middle monitor primary and then the two others either side for other applications and windows.

So in my Sig you can see my current build to be honest would an upgrade to my Ram make any difference? be it larger amount of memory or speed of it.

I'm going to find a nice 2TB HDD for my Computer as to shift some things around but the biggest change will be the graphics card what can anyone suggest? also I have a 700W PSW so hopefully I wont need to change that.

6gb is fine, 700w is overkill for a 1gpu rig, you wont need to change your psu
