Upgrades! Orange! Possible?

Hi all im with orange im on an 18 month contract and i currently have a smashed screen w880i, which i need rid of,

i desperately need a new phone, this one is pretty much had it, scratched and scraped i dont think ive been with orange 12 months, whats the chances of an upgrade im on a joint account with my father, whos been with them for say what 5 years +

Any ideas?

They wont do it, I been with them almost 10 years, band 4 user and they wouldn't let me upgrade.

You have to be within the last 3 months of your contract.

You got insurance? have it changed on that.

Ive got insurance they wouldnt change it but wanted 15quid admin charges, just paid it, ********!
