Upgrades! Thinking of Intel Core i5-3330S Processor

Hey!
I'm about to upgrade my PC and I've been thinking about getting a Gigabyte Z77X-D3H Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) DDR3 Motherboard (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-390-GI&tool=3) but what do you guys think of getting an Intel Core i5-3330S Processor to go along with it? I'd ideally have my PC set up as a decent gaming rig by the end.

Video Card : NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT

So yeah you can see why I'm thinking of upgrading haha.

How much is that i5 costing you?
A Z77 board ideally wants a K series CPU to clock.

I can get a Intel Core i5-3330S Processor for around £130

At that price I'd probably take the FX8320 and board.
Unless you can get a second hand 3570k or 2500k at that price, or up the budget to a new 3570k.
