Looking at a few changes and upgrades to my pc but can't decide.

Sell my GTX 680 & get a R9 290
Add an extra 8GB 1600mhz ram so im up to 16GB
grab a 2TB HDD as my 1TB is getting rather full.

Do you reckon there solid upgrades?

Should i Bother getting a R9 290 or wait for the next gen for a better improvement?
 
What is your budget?

If you're simply gaming, you wont need anything over 8GB. The HDD upgrade would be a good one if you're in need of space and if you have access to the OcUK MM, there are some 290s going for £200-210.

While some have been used for mining, you get warranty and assistance with the RMA, thus getting you a new card :) THe 290 I purchased of the MM was used for mining and I cannot fault it. Been gaming on it heavily for 2-3 days with no issues.
