Basically, in October I bought the Titan Nero pc: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FS-180-OK&tool=5

I've noticed recently that there is a ati radeon 5770 grpahics card included now. But when I bought it in october, it had a 4850. So is it possible that if I wanted to, I could buy a 57xx graphics card and swap it out for the 4850? If so, which graphics card would it be possible on a budget? I was thinking :http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-155-XF < is that any good?

Is it also possible that I could swap the amd athlon for a quad core processor? If so which one? I was thinking this: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CP-236-AM&tool=3 or http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CP-258-AM&tool=3

Thank you.

Unless you need DX11 no point in swapping to the 5750, its rubbish compared to the 4850. 5770 would hardly be an upgrade either.

You wont be able to upgrade the processor either, the board you have is an AM2 and the Quad cores you are looking at are AM2+ or AM3.

To be honest, id just leave it. I think this is why no one has bothered to reply.

a 5750 would be a side step as a 5750=4850 pretty much in terms of performance get a 5770 or above otherwise don't bother.

Assuming your specs are the same as the titan nero you posted with the only difference being the GPU a quad should work in it. as i believe the cpu in it already is AM3.

What is your budget and what are you finding the system cannot handle? :)

Also this would be useful to know

Basically, I just wanted to be ready for the game battlefield bad company 2 :D

budget is like £200

Also, the only thing that has changed in the titan nero since october is the graphics card

Spend a little extra and go for the 5850 or wait for the 5830, no one really knows how intensive Bad Company 2 will be on our PC's so all you can do is wait and see what GPU's run it best.
