Upgrading Advice

Hi guys, I just sold my xbox 360 to pay for some upgrades to my computer and i need some advice what to get. Hermes my current spec

-fx 4100 overclocked to 4.7ghz
-h80i water cooler
-xfx 6850 gpu
-xfx 850 watt psu

Should i look to upgrade the cpu to the latest amd chip:

Or would it be better to look at getting a new gpu, maybe another 6850 to go in crossfire.

I like those cards but what I was thinking was buying another xfx 6850 and putting them in crossfire, or would i get more gaming performance from getting a 7950 ???

Is it possible to put a 6850 and 7850 in crossfire ?

Thanks for the advice, I'm not sure if I want to spend that much on a new gpu but I'll definitely have a think about it.

I don't think i'm really looking for a new build, just some upgrades. Can anyone think of a good card that is around £150, maybe up to £200 ???
