On my old system I need to remove everything just using the case power supply SSD drives and put in a new
Intel mother board (ASUS as I like that brand)
Intel core
Water cooling (I know nothing about this so need help on this part)
New ram 16GB min (I need the ram very very high MHz)
New Card (RTX but not sure what one)

If I forgot anything am sure you can post that
Cost: I have nothing in mind when it comes to this

Ohh and i wouldnt touch a chip without hyperthreading, the lack of threads available from say a 9700 will really be a big deal in a year or two time.

I have had AMD for 10 years and I know how it runs and I can tell you yes somethings are better than Intel but only somethings Intel has many things better than AMD I am also going with Intel and I want a change I don't care if it costs more
 
If you mean why Intel and not AMD I already said why I want to go to Intel the system I have now is AMD its 10 years old the system before that was also AMD it was got back in 2000 I want a change and try out Intel this time
 
To all that replied I asked for Intel based PC not AMD as OC has both I dont see why no one can post the info I asked for.
Can staff please close this post I have decided on what I am getting

For the gpu if going with a 2070 Super I would take the Gigabyte Gaming OC as you get a 4 year warranty when registered online.

What is the max Ram speed you can put in them boards as the one I posted above can put 3866 MHz
