Upgrading an original XPS Gen2

Hi there. I have an XPS Gen2 with these specs:

Centrino 2.13Ghz Processor
2048Mb Memory
256MB NVIDIA ULTRA 6800 Graphics Card

My question is this; what can I upgrade on this? And what are my options for upgrading? I want to preferably upgrade the Processor to a dual core - if I can, and I want to upgrade the GPU - again as much as I can.

Any advice would be good. Thanks.

I've recently been working on an original Gen 2 (it was mine - now belongs to a mate). The fastest graphics card it will take is a 7800GTX, and the fastest CPU it will take is a 2.26ghz Pentium M 780 (130mhz faster than what you've got :() The chipset limits RAM to 2GB. You could install a faster HDD, but 7200rpm IDE drives are very thin on the ground these days.

To be honest the only worthwhile upgrade would be the graphics card, but bear in mind that will cost in the region of £250, and I question whether it's worth it on such an old machine.
