Upgrading! And need help

Hi,

Ive not been following the trend for a long time and I have no idea what is the best to go for regards upgrading.

Reading on here and all over the net it seems AMD isnt the way to go.

Ive been an AMD man for ages so I will need to get quite a bit of components.

My spec atm is :

AMD 6400 x2 Black
Foxconn C51XEMA2AA (590 SLI)
Corsair XMS2 4 x 1GB
3 x 250 GB SATA 2 HDD
8800 GT 512 MB
and a hyper PSU 580W

Any advice is good. I play games mainly and I would like to play on full settings in Crysis

If crysis is your thing then you could improve it a lot by going for a 4870 card or if you can wait a while get a 4870x2 which should allow max settings.
