Just wondering how much of a performance increase I will see if I upgrade the following and is the choice of components good?
Current Spec:-
AMD 3800 X2 Processor
Asus a8n Premium motherboard
2gig Crucial Ballistix memory
Asus 7800GTX Top Graphics
Hopefully sell for around £400
New Spec:-
Intel C2D E4300
Motherboard - not sure ive got a x-fi sound card so sound isnt a priority
2gig - *** memory?
8800GTS Ocuk version
Looking to pay around £550
How does my plans sound
and could you fill in the mobo and memory you would recommend.
