Upgrading and unsure what needs upgrading

Hey guys.
My set up is
Power supply xfx 850w
16gb ram
1tb hard drive
Amd radeon r9 390 8gb ddr5
Amd phenom quad core 3.2ghz processor.

Think i'm mostly looking at a processor upgrade any recommendations?

Not home atm so cant check exactly which it is however it is 3yrs old and the case is

And my motherboard is asus m4a87 should that need upgrading also?

Okay ill have a look however the company i am purchasing from is
The only problem is they dont have the motherboard you mentioned
