upgrading bios?

after lots of probelms i have sent it back to oc due to it restarting whenever i take out a usb,and it has been restarting at random..i did make a post about it but its been deleted lol....how would i upgrade my bios for this pc

You was send it back to OcUK and problem stil there? Upgrade your BIOS wit Asus board very easy with an USB stick. Go to Asus website, downoad the latest BIOS, extract them to USB stick, start your pc with that USB stick plug in and press "Del" got to BIOS and you will see "Tool" go the and the Flash BIOS option right there, do whatever tell you on the screen and job done.

ASUS boards are pretty easy, they come with an EZ flash tool. Dont use the windows app though, it has a habbit of crashing.

Normally there is an option in the BIOS or you type a key when it's posting. Check your user manual first for the mobo. Will give you a much better guide.
