Hi All,

December 2010 from OCUK i purchased a new machine pre-built by OCUK.

Order Ref: OC1149775 - "Titan 8000i Predator" Intel Core i3 2120 3.30GHz DDR3 Dual Core Gaming PC

I'm looking to upgrade my CPU & RAM so i can play BF3/BF4 in high/ultra if possible!!!

I just purchased 2 X GTX 660 2GB yesterday
(not the ti versions)

Any ideas please? I dont want to spend any more then £400. I have 4GB ram already

You have the graphics grunt to push BF3 to ULTRA at 1920*1080 at 75fps+ as that is what I get with my 2 560ti's and they are very similar performance.

Let us know your current motherboard to see your CPU upgrade list. Your current ram config including speed and amount of sticks. Your current PSU would be helpful.

Also, did you check your motherboard was SLI compatible?

The H61 mobo's I'm fairly sure only have one pci-e x16 slot and one standard pci-e slot, and I'm certain they don't support SLI... Return the 660's, saying you're a numpty for buying them, and ordering something like a single 770 or 7970 in lieu is likely your best bet - just don't open the boxes and you should be okay.

I've asked OCUK for the full spec of the PC I purchased.

I bought the GTX 660's for £126 each so not sure if buying a single card would benefit after saving around £80

Thanks All..

Below is currently the motherboard etc i purchased. It currently has GTX 460 1GB installed but i'm installing 2 x GTX 660's 2GB.

Ok just found out my Motherboard isn't SLI compatiable due to Gigabyte not paying a fee for SLI???

Can anyone recommend a new motherboard, CPU, RAM cooling please? or just the above?

All due respect guys, if he doesn't even know how to find out what motherboard he has, there's no chance he'll install a new motherboard, CPU and cooler himself.

Ive told you the motherboard ..

GIGABYE H55M-UD2H

MB-233-GI Gigabyte GA-H55M-UD2H Intel H55 (Socket 1156) DDR3 microATX

Yes, but you had no idea how to find out what it was yourself, therefor installing a new motherboard and CPU seems unlikely.
