Upgrading CPU cooler

Hi I currently have an overclocked i5 2500k @ 4.5Ghz with a CNPS9500A cooler and it does run a little hot hitting the high 70 degrees to middle 80 degrees at full load so I was wondering what a good upgrade would be. I am looking for something preferably under £40.

Can you say what case and RAM you have to check for clearances with height etc.

yep my case is the NZXT Phantom 410 Midi Tower and my ram is the Kingston Hyper X 4G DDR3
