NZXT Sentry LX Multifan Controller £50?

Thoughts? Suggestions? This will be the first pc I will be doing on my own. Usually I order the parts and get a pc store to buy them and put it all together, but I'll be attempting this one with a mate of mine.

I'm looking to spend around £750 though I don't mind if it goes over and I'll probably be picking up that NZXT Multi Fan thing at a later date.

And that will be enough for a GTX 480 plus all the things I'll have inside my new rig and a possibly OC'd processor to 3 or 3.5 ghz? :O

I would drop the multi fan controller, the extra fans and the LED thingys (all a waste of money), drop the two GTX 480s, and get instead two 460/6850s and a second 25" 1920x1080 screen for two-monitor gaming.

That would get you the best appreciable boost for your money.
