Upgrading fan on Dell Optiplex Micro

I would like to upgrade the very loud fan included in these little devices. Unfortunately there is little room for one, but most worrying is the proprietary fan connector. It seems a Noctua NF-A6x25 could fit, which definitely would be a good upgrade.

Has anyone managed to upgrade the fan? How could I connect any standard fan?
 
The dell fan has a blue cable pwm to controll the fan speed i believe the nochtua only has 3 wires no blue pwm so it will run at full speed.

You want the
Noctua NF-A6x25 PWM 12V 3000RPM 60x25mm Low Noise Fan and then you csn cut and connect the corrsponding wires.
