Upgrading form Extigy help

I'm thinking of upgrading my aging Extigy to one of those X-fis, in particular X-fi Xtreme Music. Will I notice a huge sound improvement between the two cards? Speaker is Logitech Z-5400.

I upgraded from a similar sound card to the Fata1ty card and I thought that there was a slightly difference in music quality. Though saying that I bought new headphones at the same time so I can't really tell lol...

Cheers for that. But I find "a slight difference" is quite disappointing. Not sure now whether I should upgrade or not as the Extigy has loads of inputs and outputs. Which one do you have, the Fata1ty Platinum, Gamer or FPS?
