Upgrading from 2500xp to 3500 64bit venice...

Hi,

I have a AMD 2500xp with 1GB of PC3200 RAM running on an Abit NF7 motherboard. I only ever really browse the internet and download from newsgroups and torrent sites.

I have that feeling that I want to upgrade to a 3500 or higher 64bit AMD but seeing as my PC usage is hardly CPU intensive will I really notice much difference between the two processors?
