Hello,

I'm looking to upgrade my old Graphics card an Hd 5870 to somthing more powerful.

My aim is to max out games like battlefiled 4 and i only play at 1080p I have around £250 to spend a new card what card would you recommend ?.

My system spec are:
Processor: Core i7 930 8MB Cache Socket 1366 overclock at (3.8ghz)
Memory: 6GB Corsair DDR3 1600MHz C9 Triple Channel
Motherboard: Asus P6T Deluxe V2 Socket 1366

Also will i been running into any bottlenecks ? .

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
 
I bought my dad an MSI 760 as an upgrade earlier in the week for his club 3d 5870 as the vram started to limit it. Its about twice as fast as a 5870 and pretty damn quiet also. That would be below your budget by £40. If you go second hand, you can probably pick up something even faster, so might be worth having a look around first before buying new.
