Upgrading from a 1950 pro to a 8800GT

As above I've ordered a Gigabyte GeForce 8800 GT 256MB GDDR3 to replace my sick 1950 pro which has been causing my system to lock all over the place. Not really hugely into gaming these days but I play the odd game of Battlefield 2 or Unreal and was wondering how much faster this card will be?

I'd say twice as fast, possibly more but the 256MB VRAM might limit it's true AA/AF horsepower.
