Upgrading from a 6850 part 3

Well, for £210 a 7950 would be excellent, I'd just be wary about buying a GPU that's b grade.

You'll also find that AMD are offering more performance than AMD within the same price brackets, gimping of games for AMD cards hasn't really been happening much in the last few years.
 
I'd pay the extra for the Gigabyte (UK rma), though if it's really more than you want to spend, then the HIS is still a very good choice.

And vice versa. Loads of games developed with ATI drivers in mind and Nvidia play catchup. I'd say the majority of my PC games have the AMD logo on the startup screen. I've never had issues with any games tbh even at launch.... Oh except RAGE..

7950 can't be beaten, especially with the new drivers. Go for it!
 
Went with the HSI for £220 brand new, no B grade. Can't wait to see what it can do tbh :D let's hope the snow doesn't hold up DPD for too long. :(
