Upgrading from a GTX 770 - 980 ti or 1070?

If you can find one, 2nd hand 980ti all the way for around £290.
Otherwise grab a 1070 for £390ish.

The prices for these new GPU's is ridiculous.
Remember when the 970 retailed for £330?

Very appreciative of your input but in the end I jumped and picked up a the aforementioned Zotac 1070 AMP edition. Reason being is something I hadn't thought of - my PSU is 600W and only has a single 12V rail. Knowing that the TPD is significantly lower on the 1070 I went with that instead so as not to risk having to get a new PSU.
