Upgrading from a Razer Tiamat 7.1 headset

So my razer tiamat 7.1 gaming headset finally decided to break. I'm looking for an upgrade.

Do you guys have any alternatives that you can suggest?

Speakers are welcome too.

Awesome. But that seems to be Stereo, the Sennheiser PC363D seems to be 7.1. Is it worth it?
