Upgrading from basic to premium vista

I'm going to be upgrading from basic to premium vista but on the website it has two options:

• Windows Anytime Upgrade-Home Basic to Home Premium SP1 (QKA-00027)
• Windows Anytime Upgrade-Home BasicN to Home Premium SP1 (CXA-00003)

Any idea between the difference? It doesn't actually say.

BasicN is the SKU without Windows media player to conform to EU competition rulings.

Oh, well I guess it doesn't really matter which I pick. May as well go for the normal one.
