Upgrading from GTX 770 to GTX 970 - Help!

Hello all!

New member here. Just wondering who could maybe help me with this.

Currently have a 650W PSU at the minute. I've got a CPU (I5 3570K) with a COOLER HYPER 212 (OC'd to 4GHz i think), GTX 770 with an SSD and HDD, DVD-RW and quite a few USB Devices.

If I upgraded from 770 to 970, would the PSU need to be changed or will the 650W PSU handle it?

Well considering reference 970s consumes less power than reference 770s, you will be ok.

It's a Cooler Master 650W PSU.

if it powers a 770 it even powers a 980.... i wouldn't worry.
