I currently have an OEM Vista 32-bit install running on my machine.
Can I 'upgrade' to a full retail version so that I can go ahead and change
my motherboard at some point in the future without any hassle?
I understand that I won't be able to go to 64-bit without reinstalling...but can I go to 32-bit?
