Upgrading from single to dual core

Hi.
I have the Asustek A8NE-fm board.
It currently has an AMD 64 3800+ CPU
I want to get an AMD 64X2 4200+ Dual core...

What do i need to do? Is it just one out, one in? Or is bios flashing involved, etc...(please enlighten me)?

A quick google suggests that this is an OEM mobo for fujitsu-siemens.
