ditch the 3080 get a 6800xt a second hand 3700 and with what you save 32gb of ram .. should keep it sweet for 2 yrs
Keep Motherboard - agree (new platform/socket coming in 12 mths)
Keep RAM - agree (DDR 5 coming in 12 mths)
Change CPU - possibly. Your screen resolution is getting on for 4k which typically means the graphics card becomes more of a bottleneck. So changes to the graphics card will deliver much better bang for buck in terms of fps.
