upgrading gfx card advice plz

i have a phenom 11 x3 oc to 3.6ghz
16gb ddr3
650watt psu
play on 32" 1080p tv
my budget is £200

mainly for playing bf3 will this card max it?

i was thinking about getting this

Or you may want to consider a 570 as an Nvidia alternative.

Depends of your definition of "max it".

The Phenom II X3 at 3.6GHz won't be able to hold frame rate at consistently 40fps+, and the 6970 won't do Ultra with 4xMSAA at constant 40fps+...dropping to 0xAA then you might.

does the 7850 overclock more than 6970 and have better performance?

and where can you buy b grade ?

Yeah, the 7850 will overclock a lot more.

They're pretty even at stock, but the 7850's cheaper and when overclocked will perform much better.
